ALLANTE SALON  POLICIES
 
 
Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your service with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last service. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All salon services are subject to availability. 

Salon Pricing
Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are "à la carte".  All service prices listed are starting rates. Prices are based on time required, length and thickness of hair, and/or amount of product required to complete service. Prices are subject to change without notice. Please consult your professional for cost of services.

Salon Arrivals
We ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to accommodate completion of your guest profile and to change into a salon robe.  Salon robes and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrivals of 10 minutes or more are considered a missed appointment and subject to a no show fee of the full value of services scheduled. In consideration of other salon guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals.  Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications)

Cancellations & Changes
Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations and all no shows will be assessed a charge at full value of services.

Confirmation Calls
We make every attempt to call, text or email confirm all appointments 24 hours in advance. However, we offer confirmations as a courtesy, and the salon is not responsible for unconfirmed or missed appointment.

Gratuity 
Gratuities are not included in the value of the services, gratuities are appreciated for excellent service. Accepted in cash or check
                                                                                                                   
Cell Phones
 Please be respectful of the people around you who are trying to relax during their  services. We ask that you set your phone to mute. Cell phone use is not permitted in the salon. Our front desk staff will assist you if needed


Attire
We suggest you wear our provided robes when receiving ANY service. If you choose not to change, we will not be responsible for any damage to clothing. WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR DAMAGED CLOTHING. 

Jewelry and Personal Items
We cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing and accessories. When using the salon, please leave your jewelry at home.


Atmosphere
The spa offers each guest the chance to relax in a tranquil setting. While in the spa, we would appreciate you turning off your cell phone/pager; speak softly as a courtesy to others.


Salon Requirements
 So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa. 

Child Safety
Children are only permitted in the salon area when they are receiving a service. For safety reasons and insurance purposes, no child under the age of 12 may accompany you while you are having a service. We do not have the facilities to care for children and cannot assure their safety. We also do not want to compromise the relaxation of our guests in our tranquil environment. Please make all necessary child care arrangements prior to your visit.

Pets
By law only service animals are permitted. 



Returns
Please ask a stylist for recommendations when buying products so we can suggest the correct product for you. We do not offer refunds on product, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase or if their is any damage or mechanical problems we do offer exchange for another product for the same value of original purchase. Retail products may be exchanged with an original receipt within 14 days. We do not offer refunds or apply credit toward services for returned merchandise.. No refunds or exchange on hair brushes, extensions or hair accessories.

 
Service
Correction requests will be under the discretion of management approval. The correction policy doesn't cover a change in the style or color. We do not offer refunds for any services. Please call to schedule the redo within one week of the original service. 


Use of Personal Data Collected
Personal data collected by Allante Salon will be used by Allante Salon for information notification and feedback purposes, for general statistical analysis of use of the site, for service/product development, for content improvement, to inform advertisers as to how many guests have seen or clicked on their advertisements, and to customize content and layout of Allante Salon’s site. Names, postal and e-mail addresses and phone numbers collected may be added to Allante Salon’s databases and used for future calls and mailings regarding site updates, new products, new services and upcoming events.


PAYMENTS
Cash, check, Allante Salon Gift Cards and all major credit cards are accepted. 
There will be a $30.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed
